How Does it Work?

In one study, a combination of hops and valerian improved sleep quality. Other combinations that included hops have been shown to help support the gall bladder and help promote bladder and urinary function. Hops is often used in herbal combinations; therefore, most human studies have tested hops combinations. Valerian, another main ingredient in Herbal Sleep, has been shown to help maintain smooth muscles and produce relaxation in mice.
